Team Awards

The Susan G. Komen Twin Tiers Affiliate Race for the Cure® is all about TEAMS! Our Race teams can change history—the history of breast cancer—by helping us reach record-breaking levels of Race participation and fundraising. A Race for the Cure team is a group of 10 or more participants who join together for the Race season to have fun and raise funds to empower the breast cancer movement.

Team Awards

Team awards help drive the friendly competition that makes each year better than the last! Numbers for awards are calculated for donations received on or before Sunday, May 20, 2012. Team members may continue to register and raise funds, although any registrations or funds collected after this date will not be considered for award calculation purposes.

The top five fundraising teams will receive great prizes!

The top fundraising team will receive a one (1) round-trip ticket on American Airlines/American Eagle for travel in the contiguous 48 states.  The top fundraising team will also receive a great gift certificate to Tanino Ristorante/Tony R's Steak & Seafood, and each member of the top team will receive a special Susan G. Komen for the Cure gift.

Fundraising teams who finish 2nd - 5th in the fundraising standings will receive gifts from the following sponsors:  Tanino Ristorante/Tony R's Steak & Seafood, Dick's Sporting Goods and Heron Hill Winery.
